Research & Publications

Alongside my clinical and training work, I contribute to research and professional writing on CBT, mindfulness, psychological training and people’s experiences of therapy.

My publications span cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and the processes through which therapy can help or cause harm.
